Search the web for Lean Six Sigma modules and review several modules (you may even wish to complete up to a yellow belt certification). Note that there are many organizations which allow you to take the course for free but only pay for the certification if you wish. You do not need to pay for the certification (unless you choose or want the certification). After completing the modules, describe the Lean Six Sigma approach and how it can improve healthcare related to your capstone project.
