You were promoted to the position of “Manager” for a small unit within a larger customer service company whose market is the property and casualty insurance business. Performance Reviews for your direct reports are “due” in about four months. You’ve already been working on gathering and sorting and reviewing the information, of course. But, as a part of your Performance Review conversations and overall process, you want to be sure and include coaching for each of your people.
