Each student will be emailed the outline for this assignment. You will delete the title and beginning explanation, your name will remain. Each question will remain on the form and your answer will follow.
Repeat: each question will remain on the form and your response will be entered under that specific numbered question. This is done so I am able to match your responses to the appropriate questions.
If you do not include the numbered questions in sequential order, it will not be graded. The Grading RUBRIC is posted along with a Student Example on Black Board. This assignment should be approximately 1500 words as the template is over 500 words.
Papers must be typed in 12pt Times New Roman or Arial with one inch borders and without grammatical error.
Submit your completed assignment in a .doc, .docx or .pdf file and upload it to the computer.
The top grade is 100 and this assignment is worth 20 points toward your total grade.
