There are a number of employment laws that impact the selection and staffing process of an organization.
Which one of the employment laws that are presented do you find the most interesting? Why?
Which law, executive order, or court decision do you think is the most influential and has the most impact on staffing? Why?
Are there any of these laws, executive orders, or court decisions that you would argue are outdated and no longer needed? If so, which ones and evaluate why this is the case?
