student will submit a paper with a 20-30 page body on one current criminal justice theory impacting one of the three criminal justice pillar. The student will select one of the three criminal justice pillars, law enforcement, courts, or corrections, select a prevailing criminal justice theory in that pillar, and explain the impact of that theory on the operations of that particular pillar. The selection of the pillar and the related theory is up to the student.
