If you owned a trucking company, what would you choose and pay attention to as key performance indicators (KPIs)? Why?

I think something that I would use would be delivery time. How fast they can get through their route is very important and would be essential to keep track of. Also I would look at customer reviews and surveys. Just because one of my drivers gets through their route fast does not mean that they were careful with the merchandise and cautios of how they handled everyones goods.
