Companies have to learn to be responsible stewards of the technology they integrate into the workplace, from blockchain technology to artificial intelligence, internal communication platforms, data analytics software, project management tools, enterprise resource planning tools, and the use of the Internet of Things. Organizations should try to anticipate and address the potential effects of the technologies they deploy. While they cannot predict the future, they can adopt a sound framework that will help them prepare for and respond to unexpected impacts.
For this assignment, you will develop a framework that will help your organization deploy each new type of technology covered in this course.
Your framework should not be limited to the leadership level of your organization, but also consider all departments involved. The goal here is to describe a framework that guides all departments. You don’t need to write introduction or conclusion, just do it as question and answer.
● How will privacy concerns be addressed for each type of technology discussed in this course?
● Who will be accountable if your organization has to answer for unintended or negative consequences of that technology?
