Preparation
Refer to the GSA National Capitol Region 4th Floor Total Workplace Case Study. As the procurement officer for the workplace change project, your supervisor has asked you to determine whether to use sealed bidding for the procurement process.
Instructions
Write a 1–2 page memo in which you:
Describe the sealed bidding process and the role it plays in federal acquisition.
Analyze the procedures for conducting a sealed bidding process for this project, including the relevant parts of the FAR.
Evaluate improvements that could be made to the sealed bidding process and why they are needed.
Use at least two sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source page at least one time
