Would you add something else not mentioned in the article? If you are currently employed, has you employer implemented these projections?

Mckenzie brocato: One of the HR trends I have noticed is that more companies are adopting dynamic in-office and remote policies. For some companies, working remotely was the only way to continue working safely during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Working remotely can be very convenient for those who might have previously had a long commute to work. Working remotely is also great for those who require a more flexible schedule, such as parents or caretakers. I have also noticed that more employers are prioritizing their employees’ well-being and mental health. Having conversations with and checking on your team to prevent burnout or exhaustion is a great way to contribute to the company’s success.?
If I were a Human Resources worker, I would be sure to modify employee benefits as needed. Employee needs may evolve, and I believe it is important to take excellent care of your employees to be a thriving company. Perks such as prioritizing healthcare and offering flexible schedules are very necessary. Something I would add that was not specifically mentioned is to provide continuous learning in the work environment. During quarantine, companies had to rely on technology like never before. Quarantine was a reminder that there is always more to learn, as well as how important it is to sharpen our skill sets and acquire new information. Providing employees with new skills, as well as opportunities to improve their technology or computer skills would be a wonderful trend to implement.
