You will complete 2 case studies in this course. Each case study must be at least 3 pages and use
current Bluebook format. The length requirements mean that most of the final page must be
completed as a few lines on the last page of your case study will be insufficient to count as the
final page. In addition, there should be 2 outside references to scholarly sources besides the
textbook for each case study. The Bible will suffice as one source. Wikipedia will not be
considered as an acceptable scholarly resource.

textbook. In your case study, delineate the arguments supporting both inherent executive power
and the stewardship power theories. Then, using those principles or arguments, and any
information included among the cases following the text chapter, explain how the decision might
have worked out if the case was heard today instead of in 1952.
Each case study must be at least 3 pages in length
Each case study must contain at least 2 citations in addition to the course textbook
Each case study must be written in current Bluebook format.
