As the project manager gathers critical business requirements to build the application, your role will be to analyze those requirements, so you can create the tasks necessary to complete the application. You will focus on determining what software tools you need to build the application. In addition, you will be assessing the programming languages, security requirements, and tools to document the level of effort required to complete the project. This will allow the development team to estimate the time necessary to deliver the project on time.
