What is a ministry in a world of human beings created by God? The purpose of this discussion is not to help put knowledge in your head but to invite you to a gave of mindfulness. What do you know or not yet understand? What would you like to find out more about?

1. How do you define ministry? What words do you use? How does human ministry integrate with God’s own mission? How well does this definition apply to generations other than yours? How is this definition the same or different today from other times?
2. How do you understand the various narratives/stories about today’s world (i.e., worldview)? What is the promise that you serve and seek? How does ministry create a new narrative about God and humans living in this world (God’s arena)? How do the nature of reality and the nature of God shape your ideas of ministry?
