This assignment is meant to be a chance for you to reflect on what you are most proud of in your journey throughout this semester. It is not meant to be a lot of work but rather gives you a chance to say what you feel you learned and how successful you feel you were in meeting your goals for the semester. Here is what you need to do: 

You will write me a letter arguing what grade you feel you deserve in the class, anything you would change about how you approached the class, and/or anything you would have needed to better achieve your goals. In your letter, you should reference your initial goals and how you feel you worked toward those goals throughout the semester, pointing to specific assignments that demonstrate your best work and growth throughout the class. Some questions to consider as you craft your response:

1. What does communication, community, and social responsibility mean to you beyond this class?
2. What do you feel were the most engaging aspects of this class?
3. What writing assignment do you feel best demonstrates your writing skills or the growth of those skills?
4. What is a lesson you learned either about communication, social responsibility, or yourself throughout the semester?
5. What are some ways this class could be improved for the future?

Letters will be double-spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman, and should include a "Dear Professor Chaplain" at the beginning. There is no requirement for the length of the letter.
