25 Aug Mr. Flower assessment was completed via telehealth while client was in the house. Client was just waking up from sleep when conversations begins. He was alert and oriented x4, verbally compliant, verbalized no bruise and cut, and denied pain.
Mr. Flower assessment was completed via telehealth while client was in the house. Client was just waking up from sleep when conversations begins. He was alert and oriented x4, verbally compliant, verbalized no bruise and cut, and denied pain. Client lives with family member. Last medical appointment was year 2022 because he recent came out of jail. He works 2-3 days week in landscaping company. Client verbalized he started landscaping job since age 12. Further stated he is not on any government program such as food stamp or lost cost housing. Verbalized his major challenge is asthma. Most of his asthma occurence was triggered by allergens, pollens, and cigarettee smoke. Nurse educated Mr. Flower on asthma prevent and what to do during occurence.
