Go to the Federal Register website.
Enter “DOT NPRM” in the “Search Documents” box. You should get thousands of hits. Use the filters on the left side to narrow the listings as you like.
Choose a subject that interests you, and access the rulemaking document. Download the PDF version if you want to search the document.
Write a synopsis of 200 to 300 words of the rulemaking including the rulemaking’s current status and why you thought it interesting.
