To assist you with your strategic plan analysis paper, this week you will use ONE of the three strategic issues that you identified from last week and formulate a strategy. You will use Worksheets 36 & 38 from your workbook to do this.

For Worksheet 36, provide the information for questions 1-7.

For Worksheet 38, provide information for 1-5, and clearly identify the 3 – 5 most relevant criteria you would use to assess the potential solution to the strategic issue.  Then follow the instructions in the worksheet, evaluating your specific strategy and critiquing it against TWO of the criteria you have developed. Clearly explain why you selected those two criteria.
