Competency 2: Engage Diversity and Difference in Practice states that students will be able to manage and constructively facilitate the tensions that are often present in diverse contexts and among diverse constituencies; as well as, both empower marginalized groups, and aid in the repair of a society that oppresses, in terms of marginalization, discrimination, and alienation through avenues of privilege and power.
In a case study format please address the following components of diversity, social justice, and ethical practice. Provide a specific case study example from your field experience. Use the following questions as prompts, but you do not need to answer all of them.
