Write about an organization you know – or choose one. Prepare a topical outline for the risk audit and items that surround it in your PPT: the required Title, Introduction (to the talk), [Risk Audit], Conclusion (of the talk), and References. You’ll explain the importance, and discuss the extent to which the company has it, how it is functioning, how it could be better, and the risks of not having/improving it. Each of these as one slide only. Fonts large enough to read in a presentation.
ONE hr topic only. A PowerPoint presentation w/ color, graphics bullet points, references, and NO sentences or paragraphs.
Questions 11-13 in the audit focus on CSR. Choose which of these you find most important for your organization (USAF), and explain why this issue is relevant and how it contributes to organizational effectiveness. Identify legal implications as well as risks if this issue is not addressed. Write 2–3 paragraphs on this, supporting your explanation with the citations. You’ll have an Introduction, [a couple of topics], a Conclusion, References. Probably about 5 slides of content. Remember, you are NOT writing a lot in the PPT. Get your formatting honed for one slide. Print, proof, check readability, fonts, colors, etc. Then clone it for your content. Your presentation (PPT file) is from you to senior management. After your title page, you’ll Introduce the broader topic of HR risk assessments, grab their attention, and set the stage for your content. You’ll then cover the content in your slides w/ a suitable header for these, too. Obviously, you’ll introduce the risk AND offer a remediation solution/action. Then you’ll Conclude on a compelling page that summarizes the situation broadly and the action steps.
