In this assessment, you will complete your strategic implementation plan, which demonstrates that you can integrate leadership skills to support the strategic implementation of operational plans.   

Assessment Deliverable

Complete part 2 of your strategic implementation plan in 700 to 1,050 words.

Assess the leadership skills required to execute your implementation plan and identify any skill gaps that must be addressed through training and development programs. Be sure you consider cultural competence in your assessment that will foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
