Discuss and give examples of your strengths and weaknesses in dealing with 1) Time management in Nursing and 2) Stress in your job.

FYI, I work in an Urgent Care Center as a Registered Nurse that's populated by immigrants from Guatemala, Mexico, Haiti, and other central american countries.
