At this point, you have learned that earned value management (EVM) is best when all the project requirements are known and the planning is done, and it works well for a Waterfall approach. However, many organizations now use an Agile or Hybrid approach. In these approaches, planning is not done upfront for all requirements of the project, but there is a project scope, budget, and deadline for all projects. Therefore, EVM should be used.

Utilizing the reading from the course text and two additional scholarly references, write a short paper on how you would apply EVM to Agile and Hybrid projects.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
- Describe why it is important to integrate EVM in Agile or Hybrid projects.
- Identify what elements of EVM are already present in Agile or Hybrid projects.
- Identify what key components are needed to utilize EVM in an Agile or Hybrid project.
- Explain what measurement method you would use for project status and where you would find this in Agile or Hybrid projects.
