S – Specific – what is the outcome? I will achieve this by acquiring the skill sets that is taught weekly, control my voice when speaking, network with other health administrators to gain knowledge of leadership.
M – Measurable – how many actions will you take per week and what is the total # of actions for the next 5 weeks? I will complete three measurable per week resulting in a total of 15 days.
A – Achievable – is your goal attainable? This goal is attainable if I reach out to other leader within the healthcare field, reading healthcare articles and asking questions if I do not understand their method.
R – Relevant to leadership -will this goal make you better able to lead? Yes, by applying the skills that were being taught from class, networking with others in administrative within healthcare, and good leadership from all aspects.
T – Time dated – can you achieve it by the end of the course? I will achieve my goal by July 1, 2024
