Personal Skills Inventory: 

Based on your experience developing a research proposal for this course, discuss what you see as your areas of strength and opportunities for development. Submit a 5-page paper outlining your personal skills inventory.

• Describe any challenges that you encountered in your research process for each section.  How did you overcome them?
• Discuss your areas of strength and opportunities for development aligned with the  four domains of the Vitae Research Development Framework (RDF). 
• Develop three specific strategies you will implement to improve your personal skills and readiness to achieve success as a doctoral student. 
• Use the references in the required reading articles and locate at least three  additional articles associated with predictors of doctoral student success. 
• Synthesize your takeaways and describe how the research supports your successful completion of the program. 
• Cite five references in APA format, 7th edition.
