Team Dynamics: (100 Points) – Document must be Microsoft Word ONLY

Contemplate a time when you were part of a team.  It can be a well-functioning, high performing team, or a total disaster.  Based on your reflections on that experience, answer the following (1-2 pages):

1. Provide an overview of the context and description of the team.
2. Was the team high or low functioning?  Explain.
3. What was your particular role on the team?  How did you contribute to the team (both positively and negatively as applicable)?
4. Comment on the extent to which the following elements were positive, negative or at times, both:

• Leadership
• Vision & Objectives
• Skills
• Cohesion
• Resources
• Incentives

1. How will you personally drive higher performance in your next group project?

Additional notes for this assignment:

Write using a formal business style as if you were writing a closing report.

Submit your assignment using MSWord. Double space and use a reasonable font (there's nothing wrong with 12 point Times New Roman!).

Each of the above five elements should be a separate paragraph. For element #4, do not just say "the leadership was good. The vision was good…" You need to explain and discuss why.
