How, in your opinion, should employers address the new emphasis on flexible work schedule paradigms and their potential complications for pay and compensation? Should employers demand that employees come to an office and punch a clock as they traditionally always have? Or should employers embrace new schedule models such as Flex Time and the ROWE? Explain.
