19 Feb Part 2: Individualized Practicum Learning Objectives
Objective 1: To utilize appropriate screening tools and develop recommendations by week 8.

· Screen at least 40 patients using validated mental health screening tools.
· Analyze screening results to identify potential mental health concerns.
· Formulate and provide appropriate recommendations based on screening outcomes.
· Mode of Assessment:
· Evidence by earn a passing grade during evaluation from my preceptor.
· PRAC Course Outcome(s) Addressed:
· Increased competence in implementing and applying suitable screening tools.
· Enhanced ability to accurately interpret screening results and deliver appropriate evaluations.
Objective 2: To conduct and interpret mental health assessments accurately by Week 8
· Planned Activities:
· Perform comprehensive mental health assessments for at least 40 patients.
· Interpret findings to make informed clinical decisions and diagnoses.
· Mode of Assessment:
· Evidence by earn a passing grade during evaluation from my preceptor.

· Development of expertise in conducting psychological evaluations.
· Improved ability to diagnose mental health conditions using assessment data.
Objective 3: To Plan and Deliver Psychotherapeutic treatment Confidently by Week 8
· Planned Activities:
· Plan and execute psychotherapeutic sessions for at least 20 patients by week 6.
· Focus on refining therapeutic techniques to enhance confidence and effectiveness.
· Provide effective psychoeducation to all patients encountered.
· Mode of Assessment:
· Evidence by earn a passing grade during evaluation from my preceptor.
· PRAC Course Outcome(s) Addressed:
· Proficiency in psychotherapeutic planning and implementation.
· Ability to independently provide psychotherapeutic interventions with minimal supervision.
