In this assignment, you will review our Module 6 reading resources on conversation techniques. You’ll then create videos that demonstrate both poor and effective examples of people engaging in everyday conversations. Use your own experiences, and explain helpful strategies for making small talk, offering an apology, and giving and receiving compliments. This should be a 2- to 3-page written analysis, not including the title and reference pages. Describe your examples of both poor and strong approaches for each conversational skill listed.
