Imagine you are an employee in the place where you live, work, or worship. You have been asked to share what you learned in your communication course on small group communication and leadership in order to create a needed or positive change in your organization. • Five examples (one for each leadership type), drawn from your own experiences, the media, television series, movies, books, or theater.
   
• Identification of one leadership style that would work especially well in your organization (where you live, work, or worship).
   
• Clear connections between your observations/experiences and a scholarly source such as the course textbook.
   
• Correct use of APA 7th edition formatting for in-text citations and references.
   

Length: Please prepare a written response of 2–3 double-spaced pages (not including the title page and reference page) in which you address all the requirements listed above.
