04 Nov Case Study of an Architype Leading Across Cultures and Countries
Conduct a short case study of a leader who is an architype of leading across cultures and countries. The leader may be someone you know who you can interview, or you can select a historical leader. Although a good example would be Jesus, do not use Him as a subject for this project.
Follow Yin’s case study research method for this project.
Use APA 7 formatting for your manuscript. The project is a minimum of 2500 words (roughly 10 pages) in the body that does not include the cover page, abstract, and references.
To help you think through this, it will help if you write an outline that introduces the leader and, in a few sentences, state why the leader is an exemplar. Identify five to six traits/behaviors/principles/etc. about the leader that contributes to him/her being an architype.
Present these in the introduction in the order you will present them in the body of your submission. Then address each trait/behavior/principle/etc. and connect the element to leadership literature.
