Step 2: Identify the Variables
For your chosen scenario, identify:
Dependent Variable (Outcome):
What are you trying to predict or explain?
Independent Variables (Predictors):
Identify at least three predictors and briefly explain why each might influence the outcome.
Example:
Dependent variable: Customer satisfaction

Step 3: Describe Expected Relationships
For each independent variable, explain:
Whether you expect a positive or negative relationship
