This law would close the current loopholes in background checks for gun sales. It would require a background check to be conducted for all firearm sales, including private sales online and at gun shows. Describe the law in question #8 of the Policy Content Plan. Make sure that you do a little research on this to strengthen your understanding. Also, keep your target audience in mind. You will be pretending that you are trying to get U.S. Senators to pass this bill.
