Below I’ve pasted the exact prompt from the assignment. It’s for my medical self assessment class which I absolutely despise and think is a waste of time but hey what can you do. You can use your own life to write the essay to compare your findings or mine I dont really care. As far as my life, I’m pretty sedentary. I watch netflix, eat out a lot, typical college kid. I need to exercise my body and brain more honestly. Again whether you wanna use my life or yours is up to you I dont care I just need it turned in by Friday. Thanks
