1. Based on your reading and discussion in class, which recruitment methods have you chosen to advertise for your position (Choose at least two recruitment methods and one point of purchase method)? Why do you believe these are the best options? 
2. Describe, in detail, your process. That is, how long will you recruit for the position? If you choose a newspaper job ad, will you use abbreviated ads or full ads? If you use the internet, which job board will you use, etc.
