Please research data bases and collect/andcompare data and do statistical analysis on sickle cell disease (SCD) patientsand access to care when transitioning from adolescent to adult care ages 21-35 orany gap you can find to write this paper over in a quantitative design usingthe literature already provided in the attached proposal or new literature. Youmay use data from the references section in the attached Proposal if you like;any new data please do not use articles over 5 years old. Please cite allreferences in paragraph and add any new literature, complete citation, in thereference section at the end of this paper. Do not use archival data tocomplete this assignment.
