Throughout the course, you have been considering leadership concepts and perspectives and you were encouraged to maintain a leadership journal throughout the course (this was not required). For your final assignment, you will compose a reflection detailing the main take-home messages that will impact your own approach to leadership as your career evolves. What are the leadership tools in your toolkit?
Your reflection should be a maximum of one, double-spaced page with standard fonts and margins. Writing should be professional and organized; however, since this is a reflective assignment, it does not require citations and references.
