Thank you for your insight. Please remember, the thing about stakeholders is that they can be both internal and external. And, for the sake of confusing matters, they can be both.

Stakeholders have a say, make choices, and can move the proverbial pieces around the board. What you want to do is listen to them. Find out what they are saying. Keep in mind, many will have opinions. But, each person should be heard.
