This assignment has three parts. All parts should be submitted in one document.

Part 1: Describe the important features of classroom behavior procedures and practices when working with EBD students. What are the pros and cons of a Level System? A point system? Why do you believe reinforcement is necessary for students with EBD to follow simple rules?

Part 2: Explain the important legal implications on a state and national level surrounding suspension of students with EBD and the process for conducting a manifest determination.

Part 3: Select three methods for responding to disruptive behavior. Using these methods and others you may have read, outline a procedure for creating positive behavior norms for students with EBD.
