Step 3) complete the chart called W2- Job Duties and Characteristics Chart & Grading Rubric. In it you will answer the following 3 questions for each KSAO provided:

• Is the KSAO necessary prior to hiring, or can it be trained? Rationale with examples and research is required.
• What is the importance of each characteristic relative to the others? Rationale with examples and research is required.
• How will the employee exhibit this KSAO in the job duties defined above? Rationale with examples and research is required.
