Attached is my Stage 4 Case Study that needs to be edited. Below is feedback that needs to be fixed within this case study per my professor:
- Page length for Stage 4 is excessive – should not be more than 5 pages – I am flexible with this – The System Justification section should be trimmed down some – make it more concise – "Write two to three clear, concise, well-organized paragraphs to summarize this assessment."
- For Vendor Agreement – missing the following:
- How much will it cost to get access to and configure the system for MTC's use?
- What option is offered for MTC to just try out the system to see how it works?
- For Configuration – missing the following:
- What options does the vendor offer for configuring the off-the-shelf system to MTC's needs?
- For Testing – discuss more regarding UAT and one of the specific user requirements to be tested
- For Employee Preparation and Support – Need to discuss more regarding Leadership and User Support
- For Data Migration – should mention existing records transfer
- For Maintenance – discuss more about the type of maintenance actions and who is responsible for completing them
- For the Conclusion – A little fluffy – could remove/modify a few sentences to make it more compelling – For example, the last sentence. Additionally, "it should urge the reader to take action"
- For References – there should be a minimum of 9: An internal and external for each stage and the brochure.
Also attached is the stage 4 instructions for reference, the sample format for the case study, the brochure to use as an resource, and a course resource as well. Please update the case study attached.
