The  project is the development of a position paper on a specific sector within the US healthcare system at the federal level (i.e. either demand side or supply side).  The paper must contain an effective analysis of the issue researched and its potential economic welfare implications to the healthcare system and the society. Health care administration, health economic factors and indicators, theory, and practical application must be included. Minimum 5-7 journal/ peer reviewed articles required.  

The paper should be from 10 to 15 pages, use APA format and be double-spaced.  The paper must meet graduate level attention to grammar, spelling and appearance.
