I need someone to write a reconsider letter to the SBA officer for them to consider giving me a grant. This is the email I received from them. I was denied due to business not being in a low income area.

"Good Morning, 

I have received your inquiry regarding your Targeted Advance decline. Your file indicates that you are not located in a low income area and while we understand the need for your business, the program was designed to target those in those specified areas. 

Please consider an increase request of the current EIDL loan that you have currently for more funds. Please give me a call to discuss if you have further questions.
