In the "Results" chapter (Chapter 3.4), Laloux has a section entitled "Drivers of breakthrough performance" (pages 290-292).  There he writes, "The shift to Teal/Evolutionary structures, practices, and cultures liberates tremendous energies that previously were bottled up, unavailable.  And with the shift to Teal, these energies get harnessed and directed with more clarity and wisdom toward productive ends.  This perspective can help us articulate some of the concrete drivers that explain these organizations’ spectacular outcomes."  Within two separate headings, "Liberating previously unavailable energiers" and "Harnessing and directing energy with more clarity and wisdom," he then lists some of these concrete drivers.

For this Discussion exercise, writing at least 150-250 words (again, word counts are minimums — you may write over the count if you need to), address yourself to the following:

Choose the TWO items off the list that you feel are the most important for our future organizations and society (and you can refer here to Laloux’s last chapter as well, "Teal Organizations and Teal Society" [Chapter 3.5]).  Which TWO items will have the most impact?  And WHY?  WHY are they so important?

Then, writing at least 150-250 words per post, post a response to TWO of your classmates. Focus on WHY you agree or disagree with your classmate’s thoughts.

NOTE: Both original (10 points) and response posts (5 points per post) are due on 8/9/21.
