Develop a strategic plan, based on the Uclulet First Nation example given in your assigned reading ), using the Mock Community Profile (the document will be attached)
Section A: Strategic Community Plan
- Introduction, which introduces the objectives you desire in the creation of a strategic plan.
- Strategic statements: both a vision and a mission statement
- Goals for your community.
- Values you would like to apply to your community.
- Strategies that match the goals set out in #3
- Conclusion to tie together objectives, goals and strategies for your community.
Section B: Prioritization Criteria
evaluate the communitys political, economic, social, technological and other factors to assess where the community needs are, and what their goals should be based on. Write a brief paragraph on the challenges of each section (i.e., Political, Economic, etc.).
