Final Exam Writing Assignment: Write a five paragraph (1X3X1) argumentative/persuasive essay in which you demonstrate the principles, techniques and purpose of this type of writing as explained in class and in our text. Be detailed and specific. You must follow the writing process of prewriting, writing and revising.

Choose only one of the above suggested topics. Please be sure to title your essay. Plan out your work in a logical way; use the Introduction-Body-Conclusionframe. Length must be at least five paragraphs. Create a supportable thesis and provide at least three major supports of credible evidence for your argument. Acknowledge the validity of the opposing point of view and refute it. Edit and revise your essay when finished writing.
