2.      Analyzethe ways in which your agency demonstrates its accountability to itspatients/clients/consumers at the micro and macro level.

3.      Whatformal and informal mechanisms exist to insure the protection ofpatients/clients rights? From which policies do they derive? 

4.      Dopatients/clients serve in governance, planning, and service delivery orevaluation roles? If yes, how and if not, why (at least speculate). 

5.      Howdoes your agency obtain feedback from clients? How is that feedback utilized?Is it effective? 

6.      Whatdilemmas/challenges arise in their development, application orenforcement? 

7.      Howcould patients rights be strengthened at the case and policy level in yoursetting?

8.      Whatare or could social work roles be in promoting these policies. Provide examples.

9.      Identifyand briefly describe an organization doing client/class advocacy for yourpopulation or constituency. Use of relevant course and outside readings isrequired.
