In many ways it seems that a child’s ability to use the many functions of language can truly define a child’s success in school. 

Would you agree with that statement?

 Dr. Levine discusses so many aspects of language that are essential to success. Additionally, higher-level thinking is certainly what the ultimate goal is of our school system – the ability to think critically and creatively.
