Based on the material you have learned in this course consider what you think the family will look like in twenty-five years. Make sure to address each of the following questions. Provide support from academic sources, such as your textbook or other sources, as well as logical argumentation to support each claim.
- What are the most significant changes in family form and function that can we expect in the next 25 years?
- What are the roles that may be assumed by women, men and children?
- Will alternative family life styles and relationships be more or less prevalent?
- Identify what public policy decisions, you predict will have the most positive outcome on family well-being.
- Explain why this policy is most important, and how it will benefit families.
