Based on this file and on the class material, create a 2-3 pages executive report to describe and summarize some elements of your choice from the data. You may take the perspective of your choice. (examples: you want to invest in real estate, to sell your house, to retire to the region, to move your headquarters, you are simply looking for an overall description…)
The report should contain at least:
– an introduction
– a table with descriptive statistics of your choice
– a chart of your choice
– a conclusion or recommendations.
The statistics that you choose have to be relevant to your purpose and presented professionally. The rest is left to your discretion.
You should copy and paste tables/charts from Excel into the Word report.
