15 Aug Substance Abuse Treatment Among Probation and Parole Policy

The National Survey on Drug Use and Health reported that half of all male probationers ages 18-49 needed substance abuse treatment. However, only about 25% of those offenders received some form of substance abuse treatment. For this assignment, you will need to develop a policy/procedure to increase the amount of probation and parole offenders that receive substance abuse treatment from the current 25% to 75%.
