Please find the attached paper. Needs additional information. It was too basic.
Research community resources in your area (Charleston, WV) that could help a mom being discharged from the hospital with a preterm infant. Contact the agencies or local hospitals to find out information and do web search. Compile a list of the community resources. At least three sources in your community is required.
